Referral Program

So many of you have shared in our vision of Naturaleza Quelele, we would like to say "THANKS" for referring your friends and family to us. Of course there are a few rules!

Eligibility Criteria

• Referring owner or person being referred must close on a property within Naturaleza Quelele before Referring Owner or person will receive referral commission.
• Referral information must be received by Xco Properties prior to person being referred entering into any purchase or reservation agreements with Naturaleza Quelele.
• Referral credit only given on initial purchase. No credit will be given on subsequent or multiple purchases made by same person or entity being referred.
• Developer reserves the right to terminate offer at anytime without notice.

Ineligibility Criteria

• No referral commission will be given if any other type of compensation is to be paid in conjunction with the purchase of any properties within Naturaleza Quelele by person being referred.
• Entities or persons receiving any other type of referral compensation are ineligible.
