Marine turtles are some of the most ancient creatures in the world, and even though they have existed for around 200 million years, they are now in great danger of disappearing forever. Our Turtle Camp is a great way for people of all ages to learn more about sea turtles while taking part in the protection and conservation of this endangered species.
Before we depart for the turtle camp, you'll enjoy a wonderful video on marine turtles designed to enhance your hands-on experience at the turtle camp. Then, our knowledgeable guides will then take you to the biggest turtle conservation camp in the Banderas Bay area and show you how these incredible reptiles are being protected.
Our knowledgeable eco-guides will take small groups (no more than 10 guests per guide) through the step by step process by which many governments world-wide are helping in sea turtle conservation. You'll see the protected nests, perhaps even one in the process of hatching, while patrolling the beach in the hopes of encountering a female laying her eggs right in front of you! Emotions will flood your heart as you delicately pick up a little baby turtle in your hands and give it a kiss to wish it much needed luck on its grand voyage, before releasing it on the soft sand of the beach and watching it make its way to it's natural home; our great oceans. Help us protect the sea turtles - Make your reservations now!
